- Martin Ballard has been running his building company since 1986 in
which time he has built hundreds of home extensions, and loft
conversions. He has also converted many large houses in London into top
luxury flats.

- Our strict policy is never to have more than two projects running
at one time. We only start another job when we are at the decorating
stage. Therefore Martin or Jess are always working on site, so you know
who your dealing with. We feel by putting all our efforts in to one job
