He now runs Ballard Lofts, with his dad Martin. Martin designs and prepares all the drawings, deals with the council act, and then both Jess and Martin and Ian work together on the building of your project. - You will always have Martin, Jess or Ian working on your project, and they will spend time with you discussing each stage of the job.
